Town Mill Bakery Photography

Having taken photos a few times at ‘Our Bakeries’, covering their Plymouth and Lyme Regis bakeries we were asked back to take photos on a typical morning in their Lyme bakery. The Town Mill Bakery in Lyme is such an amazing place, full of character, personality and above all of course, amazing breads, cakes and pizzas!

Their on site bakers make everything completely from scratch, using local ingredients and it really shows. It’s definetly one of Lyme’s highlights and if you ever find yourself roaming the Jurrasic Coast and fancy some warm freshly made soup with a slab of the finest fresh bread then there really isn’t anywhere else quite like it.

Mobislyder Product Photos

Glidetrack recently got in touch with a new camera slider they were about to release globally. The Mobislyder is aimed towards video enthusiasts looking to film more cinematic scenes with their mobile phone cameras or point and shoot digital cameras.

We loved the Mobislyder, it’s a great little unit and I’m sure it won’t be long until YouTube is brimming with cinematic and stylishly shot videos of cats and kids. However, the Mobislyder whilst aimed at the enthusiast market also has serious uses for the professionals (one is coming our way) out there who require a smaller footprint for small HD cameras that are now available, allowing for exciting new angles, ideas and compositions.
The photos we shot for Glidetrack are being used for promotional material, product boxes and their website.

Bakery and location photos for the Royal William Bakery in Plymouth

After taking photos for their Lyme Regis Bakery we were asked to travel to Plymouth to shoot their new bakery. The photos can be seen on their website. Some of these photos will also be turned in to posters for advertising and setting the feel of the bakeries.

Sofa and Furniture Photography for Ideal Home Furniture

Ideal Homes Furniture required new photos for their new launched website. We were asked to shoot various sofas and chairs in a plain scene as stock images and then an area was set up to look more like a living area, showing how the furniture may look in situ.

Dodgy play an intimate gig at River Cottage

The band Dodgy are big fans of River Cottage, and decided to add a date for their latest tour at Park Farm to celebrate the release of their new album, ‘Stand upright in a cool place’.

This was a very intimate gig with a limited 60 tickets only and where the fans got to meet the band, see them play and also enjoy a seasonal feast from the fantastic chefs at River Cottage.

Laura went along to photograph the gig for River Cottage. Below are a few shots from the night.

Food and Baker Photography For The Town Mill Bakery in Lyme Regis

We love to shoot food photography and were commissioned by The Town Mill Bakery in Lyme Regis, Dorset to take some photos of their new breads and of their baker, Jorge. Mainly for their website and new signs to be made as well as to add to their expanding library of photos they hold for marketing/brochures and other promotional materials.

On a more personal note, we would highly recommend dropping in for a coffee and piece of cake, it’s a great experience.

Promotional Video for Otter Windows

Otter Windows are a windows, doors and conservatories company based in Honiton in Devon. They comissioned us to create a video they can use on their website and also at tradeshows which gives a documentary style showing who they are, and what they do.

We story boarded the video with John, Otter Windows’ Managing Director in detail to ensure we included all key points his customers would like to see (such as their Honiton based showroom, a customer testimonial and small details such as the heat reflective glass they offer) without making the video too busy or too long.

Promotional Video for Fairwater Head Hotel

We were asked to create a video which shows off the Fairwater Head Hotel near Axminster, and allows potential clients to not only get a good idea of the hotels facilities, location and feel, but of some of the local attractions, like the River Cottage Canteen in Axminster and the ancient Cobb in nearby Lyme Regis.

AQA exam board photography

We were commissioned by AQA to create some dramatic photos to be used for the covers of GCSE textbooks as well as being used for marketing material. The brief was to come up with natural yet dramatically lit images of GCSE students engaging in activites within the science curriculum. The images were shot on our white studio backdrop so they could be used on a more dramatic background for the finished artwork produced by the designers.
